Alvera Court- Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

Artist Residence- In the heart of Brighton, looking out across to the iconic West Pier, this tall, elegant Regency town house boasts free Wi-Fi, individually decorated rooms and quirky original artwork. The carefully preserved, Grade II listed building features 6 comfortable bedrooms, most of which have views of the West Pier. Rooms are individually decorated in a bohemian and eclectic style, perhaps not to everyone's taste. Those with a sense of adventure will find the weird and wonderful style quirky, charming and fascinating. All of the rooms are en suite and decorated with colourful and contemporary fabrics and furnishings. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The interior is ever changing, as artists come and go, drawing on doors and walls as they please. Traditional, conceptual and sometimes absurd artwork is combined to create a unique environment. The on-site gallery is a non-profit organization run by young local artists.

The Snowdon House- The Snowdon is a family run hotel situated 100 metres away from spectacular cliff walks and lift to the beach. The Snowdon Hotel is 100% non-smoking and was originally built as a Victorian Gentlemans' Residence. We are only a few minutes walk away from Shanklin Old Village, Town Shops and Shanklin Theatre. We have gained an excellent reputation for good quality home cooked food, with hearty breakfasts to set you up for the day. We achieved 4 star with a silver award in the Guest House category Breakfast times are between 8.30am and 9.00am. DeeandSteve's BandB- This small, family-run B&B with free Wi-Fi is very near to Windsor town centre and a short walk from the train stations and Windsor Castle. Dee&Steve's is a refurbished, non-smoking B&B a 20-minute drive from Heathrow Airport. It serves a full English breakfast and has en suite bedrooms with a TV and tea/coffee. You will receive a warm welcome from either Dee or Steve. Free parking is available for one hour on arrival. After this, you can park at a local public car park (charges are applicable). Free parking is available in front of the hotel overnight.
