Minadab Cottage in Teignmouth is a tranquil retreat and has been a coastal landmark for the past 200 years. The cottage is 9 miles (14.5 km) from Exeter, 6 miles (9.7 km) from Dartmoor and 5 miles (8 km) from Torquay and Newton Abbott. The original cottage was supposedly built in the shape of a boat, with rooms 'fore and aft' and a rope ladder joining the ground floor to the upper deck - now replaced with modern stairs! Today it has been transformed into a delightful B&B by its owners. Unfortunately, due to the rooms, Minadab Cottage is unable to accommodate very young children.

The Mulberry - We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. There are numerous country walks and places of interest to visit, and the main A30 is easily accessible.

The Sea Point Hotel is a historic, Grade II listed building, originally commissioned by the Admiralty in 1860 to house sea captains and their families. Have a romantic candlelit dinner by one of the great inglenook log fires. The cuisine has received the highest tributes for its culinary excellence. All the produce used is purchased fresh each day with the fish from Brixham Harbour.
