St Andrews Lodge Hotel - Guest House- St. Andrews Lodge is situated in the small seaside town of Selsey, only 7 miles south of Chichester and ideally located to visit the many attractions of West Sussex. We are close to unspoilt beaches and 5 minutes from Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve. Dogs are also welcome in our ground floor rooms. We are now completely non-smoking. Unwind with a drink in the bar area or by the cosy log fire in the sitting room for winter evenings. Enjoy a traditional English breakfast in the morning, as well as cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit salad. There is ample private parking space to the front of the property. One of our ground floor rooms has been specially adapted for guests with wheelchairs. The room has a double and single bed as well as a wheel-in shower room.

Bull Hotel- Originally built in 1398, the Bull is best described as a high street pub with bedrooms; offering warmth, character and individuality, the lively pub is the social centre of this Essex town. Halstead is a quaint, but often busy, north Essex town, particularly at weekends. Situated in the heart of the town, at the bottom of the High Street, the building has been a coaching inn for over 500 years. The Bull boasts a warm comfortable ambience, relaxed dining, an extensive menu and an inviting bar with a fantastic range of beers, wines and spirits. A hearty full English breakfast is served every morning. With a vibrant and lively atmosphere, the pub offers regular live music nights and karaoke at the weekends until late into the evenings. All major sporting events are shown on the big-screen plasma TVs in the bars. Please note that bedrooms are affected by noise from the bars at weekends.

The Old Bakehouse- Situated in the centre of a small conservation town, this respectfully converted 16th century house offers quality cuisine in a tranquil location. Built around 1520, this thatched, former wool merchant's house is joined by an adjacent bakehouse. Both surround a secluded and colourful courtyard garden, ideal for relaxation on sunny days. When not resting in one of four beautifully equipped en suite bedrooms, a guest lounge and an oak-beamed dining room is available. Using only locally-produced foods, each meal is prepared to an extremely high standard. Located between the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, The Old Bakehouse is an excellent base from which to explore the stunning Devon countryside.

Gainsborough Lodge- Gainsborough Lodge is conveniently situated only five minutes from Gatwick Airport. An extended Edwardian House with 16 rooms and bungalow annex of 14 rooms. Family run set in half-acre garden. Long term car park available on the premises per day. We have a free phone courtesy pick up point at the airport, available from 9:00am - 11:00pm, which runs every 30 minutes on the hour & half hour when requested. A taxi is GBP 5.00 outside of these hours. Horley Town Centre is a five minute walk away and offers Indian, Italian, Spanish & Chinese food, pizza, fish & chips and four pubs. Evening meals are not provided, but guests are invited to use our Conservatory dining room for take-aways. Unfortunately, the guest house does not have a lift.

Douglas Vaults Hotel- Overlooking the market square, right in the heart of South Shields' town centre, the Douglas Vaults is a friendly traditional pub offering free Wi-Fi, and comfortable, great-value rooms. The Douglas Vaults is just metres from the town centre's shops, bars and restaurants.
