Snooze- Snooze Liverpool is located on a main arterial route into Liverpool City Centre, just 1.5 miles out. Most guests heading into the city centre take the bus or call a taxi. If you don't feel like facing the city centre rush you could head to a nearby bar or restaurant of our recommendation. The nearby centres of Lark Lane and Allerton Road are completely unique and a lot of the restaurants are just as good if not better than the city centre.

Langwood Hotel- For a beautiful holiday by the Irish Sea, this hotel is positioned on the quieter and more picturesque North Shore, and has a superb sea view. Laurel Cottage- Peacefully situated in Windermere, overlooking Queens Park, this guest house is a short stroll from the amenities in the village and about 20 minutes' walk from the Lake and Bowness. Laurel Cottage is convenient for Windermere rail and bus station and is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District. The guest house is set within a small Victorian house built of local stone in the 1890s. It has been modernised to offer up-to-date comforts, but has retained its original character. Laurel Cottage is run by the owners Alison and Wayne, who offer a warm and friendly welcome.

Stansted Lodge Ltd.- Around 7 minutes from Stansted Airport, this accommodation offers quality rooms, competitive prices and transfers to/from the airport and Elsenham Rail Station. Stansted Lodge Ltd. offers transfers to the airport from 04:00 (free), and from the airport until 22:00 (additional cost). Elsenham Rail Station transfers are free. Located in the lovely village of Elsenham, Stansted Lodge is about one mile due north of the airport. Staff pride themselves on providing clean, secure and warm rooms, with an even warmer, friendly service. A laundry facility is available. The accommodation is walking distance from Elsenham train station which gives direct access to London Liverpool Street or Cambridge. Stansted Lodge is not located under a flight paths, so no planes fly overhead.

The Gleneagles Hotel- Overlooking the beautiful cliff gardens and with panoramic sea views, the Gleneagles offers 4-star guest accommodation within Southend's tranquil conservation area. Gleneagles is a Grade II listed building, which has now been completely refurbished, restoring it to its former glory. The location is perfect for both business and holiday travellers, with the town, transport links, theatres, quality restaurants and the pier/sea front all just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's coffee house and residents' bar is a comfortable place to enjoy the view and relax with the papers. A full range of coffee and tea is served with cakes, light savoury lunches or snacks. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the Gleneagles hotel does not have a lift.

The White Hart Country Inn- This traditional coaching inn situated in the quiet and picturesque village of Fulbourn, just 4 miles (6.4 km) from Cambridge city centre.
