The Olde Moat house dates from 1460 and is located just 15 minutes' drive from Rye, on the borders of the historic and unique Romney Marshes. The house is noted as being of historical and architectural interest, and listed Grade II. It boasts a wealth of oak beams and an enormous inglenook fireplace in the lounge, which is for guest use. The sloping floors in some rooms, and heavily beamed landing, give a truly authentic atmosphere of times gone by. This establishment holds the coveted Gold Award from the English Tourism Council, which is only given to a handful of the best bed and breakfasts in the country. Relax in winter by the inviting fireplace, or outside in the stunning grounds during the summer months. Make friends with our elderly pet sheep and angora goat.

Alvera Court- Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

Woolpack Inn- Tudor beamed houses surround this cosy inn, which is graced by the Grey Lady, a resident, but friendly, ghost! Probably one of the cosiest inns in Kent, if not in England, with a well kept cellar! A lovely old inn near the ancient village square at Chilham in the heart of the garden of England - Kent. This is probably one of the most picturesque villages in Kent.

Salamander Guest House- Overlooking a floral park, this family-run bed and breakfast is in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, just minutes' walk away from all attractions.
