Flexistow holiday park was terrible. We were supposed to arrive late at night. We arranged the time with the reception and they were supposed to give us the key. But when we arrived no body showed up. We had to sleep in our car because they had forgotten to leave the caravan key for us. It was a terrible night and we were freezing. The manager said we will refund that night's reservation fee but they didn't. They didn't care at all. We came back the next day although we had reserved the caravan for 7 days. We were very dissatisfied and they didn't pay back our money. They were not responsible. It was a terrible trip with irresponsible staff. I never try it again. |

A great entertainment team who did their best to please everyone, even when people were not that keen to join in they made it fun. Our holiday went too quick and we wished we could have stay longer. |
