Mariner's Inn - Situated in the heart of Bowness, this cosy and traditional Lakeland inn is just 200 yards from Lake Windermere, England's largest lake. All rooms have hairdryers and alarm clock radios, and laptops can be used in all rooms and public areas as the inn is Wi-Fi enabled. After a day shopping, sightseeing or walking why not relax in the welcoming traditional bar serving a range of Jennings award-winning, cask conditioned ales, brewed in the Lake District. The inn has been awarded the coveted 'Cask Mark' accreditation in recognition for the way they look after their beers. Laurel Cottage is convenient for Windermere rail and bus station and is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District.
