The non-smoking, licensed guest house is situated next to parkland in the heart of the English Riviera. It is a 2-minute walk from Torre Abbey and Gardens, and a 10-minute scenic walk from the marina and town centre. There is ample parking, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a bar. The Mulberry - We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. Cary Court - Guest House - This "Plantation-style" house was built over a century ago on part of the Cary Estate in the leafy Warberries, a quiet conservation area off the Babbacombe Road. Cary Court is a few minutes' walk from the harbour, theatre and shopping areas.
