The new contemporary kitchen/breakfast room at the rear of the property also has access into the courtyard and rear garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two twins and one double which comes with an en-suite shower room. There is also a large family bathroom with his and her wash basins, a stand alone oval shaped bath and a walk-in shower. Comfortably furnished and very well-equipped, every little detail has been thought of to make sure your holiday is complete and stress free. The sunny rear garden leads onto a parking space and a double garage with remote control entry. Heacham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities, and makes for a great base if you want to get out and about exploring coastal and rural Norfolk. There's always plenty to see and do, from making sandcastles or trying your hand at some water sports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy lovely walks on the Peddar's Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, birdwatching at the many nearby nature reserves, visiting a country house or two (both Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by) or take a tour around Norfolk Lavender. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice.
