The Globe Inn also serves good food and drink. The beach at Torcross is a fifteen minute drive. Neighbouring villages such as Chillington, Stokenham have excellent eateries and farm shops. The sandy shores of East Portlemouth are around fifteen minutes away, with a foot ferry to the popular sailing town of Salcombe.
