Just off Brighton's seafront, the hotel offers superb views of the beach and pier from many of the bedrooms, all of which were refurbished in August 2009. Cosmopolitan 1 has a great location in New Steine, one of Brighton's famous garden squares. The stylish boutiques and shops of The Lanes are a 5-minute walk away. St James Street runs along the top of the garden square and has many of the best bars and restaurants.
